All bonuses at jiboss are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before fulfilment will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
Any attempt to exploit technical glitches, use prohibited software (bots, scripts), collude with other players, or engage in money laundering through jiboss will result in permanent account termination and referral to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies.

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the jiboss Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of whether different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods are used.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a valid government-issued Philippine ID. jiboss will conduct identity and age verification using the information provided. You must not use false, misleading, or third-party information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
Full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, PRC ID, or SSS ID) and may include additional documentation at jiboss's discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiboss login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party under any circumstances. jiboss staff will never ask for your password via any channel.
You must notify jiboss immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. jiboss shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that occurs due to your failure to maintain credential security.
jiboss strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Accounts with 2FA enabled receive enhanced fraud monitoring and priority support for security-related queries.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically feasible. jiboss does not charge withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges which are the Member's responsibility.
jiboss reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, resolution of active disputes, or satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals from accounts under fraud review may be suspended for up to 30 business days pending investigation.
All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiboss is not responsible for currency conversion losses where a Member deposits using a foreign-denominated payment method.
jiboss offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time at its sole discretion. Each promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.

All bets placed on jiboss are subject to the specific rules of the game or event on which the bet is placed, as displayed within the relevant game lobby or sports betting interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating to game outcomes and payouts.
jiboss reserves the right to void any bet placed: (a) in error due to a technical malfunction; (b) at odds that were clearly erroneous; (c) on an event the outcome of which was known at the time of betting; or (d) where the bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiboss Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement:
All content on the jiboss Platform — including but not limited to the jiboss brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, and interface design — is the exclusive property of jiboss or its licensed providers and is protected by Philippine intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without written consent from jiboss is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jiboss's total liability to any Member for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
jiboss is not liable for: (a) losses resulting from internet connectivity failures; (b) losses caused by the Member's own breach of these Terms; (c) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind; (d) the content, availability, or security of third-party payment processors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jiboss's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

jiboss may suspend or terminate any Account without notice where it reasonably suspects breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or applicable Philippine law. In cases of termination for cause, jiboss reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance after deducting amounts owed to jiboss or withheld pending investigation.
jiboss reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material amendments via the Member's registered mobile number or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the jiboss Platform shall first be submitted to jiboss's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, jiboss is bound by PAGCOR's dispute resolution decisions.
Where legal proceedings are necessary, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines — the location of PAGCOR's principal offices.
